This is an interview guide for CLIL/ bilingual teachers to find out more about how they use CDFs in their teaching, what their views and experiences are in this regard, and what they would need for further professional development. The teachers to be interviewed should have at least one semester of CLIL/ bilingual teaching experience. This is a semi-structured interview, meaning you can re-arrange the order of the questions, adjust their wording, and add any other ad-hoc questions or follow-up question as you see fit in the situation. Try to aim for a fluent, natural conversation that makes your interviewees comfortable to share. It’s recommended that you interview 2 teachers at the same time. If you interview 2 teachers at the same time, let them also engage with one another. The interview can be conducted in person or through video-calls. Sections1 &2are aimed to warm-up and contextualize. Sections3& 4are our focus.
